Traveling is a formidable way of letting one's mind breathe in fresh influences. Treading on a foreign land is a formidable opportunity to welcome the spirit of it, which seems to be carried by the wind, sweeping up the preoccupations gathered like dust through one's daily routine, leaving space and time for serene reflection on subjects otherwise hardly ever brushed. Space permits detachment, time permits depth of thought.
